What does a location cover?
The published paid-license model covers one treatment address and one practice database, with unlimited workstations at that location. A shared database serving multiple treatment addresses requires a grant for each address. Paid licensing and release validation are still in progress.

These principles describe the clinical platform’s published pricing policy. Studio Advanced and Conductor Pro remain paused; there is no checkout or active subscription created by this page.
No cost means no expiry.
Studio Free has no trial clock. A lapsed paid subscription returns to the free capabilities, with retained records and exports still available.
No patient caps.
The clinical platform’s published policy has no per-patient fees, volume tiers, or patient caps.
You keep your records.
If a Studio Advanced or Conductor Pro subscription ends, existing records remain readable and exportable, and safety actions remain available. New paid-feature work stops after the paid-through or grace period. A temporary internet outage does not grant permanent paid access. Security and critical patches stay at no cost for as long as the supported operating system remains supported.
Know what a subscription buys.
The tier comparison above distinguishes free capabilities from paid modules. Paid access is paused; joining a waitlist does not begin a subscription. The retained-access policy explains what happens if a future subscription ends.
Your data leaves with you.
The published policy provides data export at no cost, including when you leave or a subscription ends.
Price stability is published.
The published subscription policy gives at least 90 days’ notice of a price increase, effective at the next renewal. For continuous subscriptions, cumulative increases are capped at cumulative inflation since joining. Returning after a lapse uses the then-current published price.
Sponsors do not influence clinical work.
Sponsorship does not buy influence over clinical decisions, and sponsors do not appear inside clinical software.
